The process to submit junior & open swimming records has been updated slightly.
This has moved from a paper form to a simple online application form, is includes the relay application forms.
All other requirements around submission timelines and ages remain the same, details of the records, requirements and the links to the online forms can be found here:

There is no change to the forms for Masters records as these where already set up via online forms.
