Artistic Swimming, known in the community as synchro, is a fantastic sport which combines strength, agility, rhythm and flair. Competitive Artistic swimmers must be extremely fit, and completely at home in the water to perform routines on their own, with a partner or as part of a team.
Artistic Swimming routines are essentially athletic movements performed in water and choreographed to music. For help, advice and more information email artisticswimming@eastmidlandswimming.org
