Nominee Consideration Form
This form is to register your interest to be considered by the Region as their nominee for the role of: Member-Nominated Director to the Board of Swim England
Members who wish to be considered should submit a relevant CV below and complete the question relating to the job description which is available here.
The successful nominee for the Region will be submitted to Swim England's Operations team and the final vote completed by Swim England's Member's Forum.
