This form is to join the waiting list for the 800m or/and the 1500m at the East Midlands Open Masters and Senior Age Group Championships 2025.
Details will only be held on file for the duration of the event and the will be deleted.
Should a space become avaliable swimmers will be contacted on a first come first served basis.
