This form is to join the waiting list for the 800m or/and the 1500m at the East Midlands Open Masters and Senior Age Group Championships 2026.
Details will only be held on file for the duration of the event and then will be deleted.
Should a space become available swimmers will be contacted on a first come first served basis.
Please note that as at 23rd September spaces are still available in the 1500m event. Click here to submit an entry.
